Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs chopped bacon
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup chopped prepared Kimchi
  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ¼ cup sliced Shiitake mushroom
  • ¼ cup Enoki mushroom
  • Fried egg
  • 2 tbsp chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  • Put bacon and cook until fat is extracted.
  • Sauté the garlic and onion in bacon fat until translucent.
  • Stir-in kimchi then rice.
  • Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
  • Add mushrooms and chili paste (optional) to taste. 
  • Cook while stirring for another minute.
  • Top with fried egg if desired before serving.
