Kimchi Fried Rice
Ingredients

4 pcs chopped bacon

2 tbsp chopped garlic

1 onion, sliced

1 cup chopped prepared Kimchi

3 cups rice
-
1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®

¼ cup sliced Shiitake mushroom

¼ cup Enoki mushroom
-
Fried egg
-
2 tbsp chili paste (optional)
Instructions
- Put bacon and cook until fat is extracted.
- Sauté the garlic and onion in bacon fat until translucent.
- Stir-in kimchi then rice.
- Season with MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and mix thoroughly until fully incorporated.
- Add mushrooms and chili paste (optional) to taste.
- Cook while stirring for another minute.
- Top with fried egg if desired before serving.
