Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To be eligible for returns and refunds, please see items below:
- Items should be unused and still in good condition. We replace products only if they are damaged or defective.
- Request on the return of the product should be within 3 days after delivery.
- Failure to notify us about the request 3 days after delivery, request won't be granted.
- Request can be sent through our Messenger or email, hello@bigas-online.com
REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT FOR APPROVAL
- We will send you a notification email once we receive the returned item from you.
- We will review the reason for return and refund request.
- Requests may or may not be approved depending on the reason.
AUTOMATIC REFUND
- We will automatically refund the payment if and only when Bigas Online failed to deliver the products within 5 days upon payment, without notifying the buyer about the possible delays in the delivery.
MODE OF PAYMENT FOR REFUNDS
- Refunds will be credited back to your bank account within 7-14 days upon approval of the request and depending on your bank's procedures.
