Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To be eligible for returns and refunds, please see items below:

  • Items should be unused and still in good condition. We replace products only if they are damaged or defective.
  • Request on the return of the product should be within 3 days after delivery. 
  • Failure to notify us about the request 3 days after delivery, request won't be granted.
  • Request can be sent through our Messenger or email, hello@bigas-online.com

REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT FOR APPROVAL

  • We will send you a notification email once we receive the returned item from you. 
  • We will review the reason for return and refund request. 
  • Requests may or may not be approved depending on the reason.

AUTOMATIC REFUND

  • We will automatically refund the payment if and only when Bigas Online failed to deliver the products within 5 days upon payment, without notifying the buyer about the possible delays in the delivery. 

MODE OF PAYMENT FOR REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be credited back to your bank account within 7-14 days upon approval of the request and depending on your bank's procedures.

  • Processing of return and refunds depend on the location of purchase and delivery.
