Rice Cheese Balls


Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (or Quickmelt Cheese)
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt & pepper
  • water
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper
  • Make sure the mixture is sticky enough
  • Mold the mixture into small balls using an ice cream scoop (or a spoon, or something that can help you mold the balls easier)
  • Put it in your hand and roll it into small balls
  • Dredge it in all-purpose flour
  • Put them one-by-one into the beaten eggs
  • Then roll them in the bread crumbs
  • Fry them in a hot oil 
  • Serve with mayonnaise and ketchup

Best for snacks or dinner :)
