Salted Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ cup peeled shrimp
  • ¼ cup dried dulong, toasted
  • 1 pc chicken breast, chopped
  • 3 pcs salted eggs, chopped
  • 2 pcs eggs, beaten
  • 4 cups day old rice
  • 1 sachet 8g MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy souce
  • 2 tbsp sliced spring onions
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

Instructions:

  • Sauté shrimp, chicken, dulong and salted eggs in oil.
  • Push ingredients on the side and pour beaten eggs. Stir and cook until just set.
  • Add rice and season with salt, sugar, pepper and soy sauce.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot.
  • Stir in spring onion and lettuce.
  • Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
