Tuyo Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup shredded tuyo
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 4 cups day old rice
  • 1 sachet of your favorite seasoning (alternative to salt and pepper)

Instructions

  • Sauté garlic, tuyo and tomatoes in oil.
  • Add rice and season with salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning
  • Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot. 
  • Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
