2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup shredded tuyo
½ cup chopped tomatoes
4 cups day old rice
1 sachet of your favorite seasoning (alternative to salt and pepper)
- Sauté garlic, tuyo and tomatoes in oil.
- Add rice and season with salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning
- Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot.
- Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
