Yang Chow
Ingredients:

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 pcs eggs, beaten

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 pc small onion, chopped

½ cup chopped carrot

2 pcs Chinese chorizo, chopped

1 cup cooked small shrimps
-
¼ cup oyster sauce
-
¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
-
4 cups day old rice
-
1 cup shredded lettuce
-
2 tbsp sliced spring onion
-
1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok and pour eggs. Stir and cook until barely set. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic, onion, carrot, chorizo and shrimp in oil. Add oyster sauce and pepper.
- Stir in rice, scrambled egg, lettuce, spring onion and sesame oil. Transfer into a serving plate and serve.
